2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Device Limits
Premium features and additional themes in RandomSite are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. All subscription billing, processing, tax administration, and payment transactions are managed exclusively by Patreon as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms, billing cycles, cancellation terms, and refund policies established by Patreon. You can manage, review, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Patreon account settings. Any refund inquiries or billing disputes are subject to Patreon policies.
Each Premium subscription authorizes active use on one supported device at a time. Activating or launching an active session on another device transfers entitlement to that device, automatically causing the prior device session to relinquish active status.
3. Third-Party Websites and External Content
RandomSite is designed to facilitate random discovery of web destinations by opening selected links directly in your default web browser. We do not host, control, endorse, or verify the content, safety, or availability of third-party websites. Your browsing on external websites is governed solely by the respective terms and privacy policies of those independent sites.
4. Intellectual Property
The RandomSite name, brand assets, icons, logo designs, visual interface, and application code are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The RandomSite application and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The developer makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free execution, or compatibility with all operating system environments.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the application or external web pages accessed through the application.
